we highly value our customers' time and strive to provide exceptional service. In order to ensure that we can accommodate as many clients as possible, we have implemented the cancellation policy below. Thank you kindly for your understanding and cooperation regarding the policy we have in place.
when you make an appointment, we reserve a dedicated block of time exclusively for you. This means that we have to decline other potential customers in order to keep your designated slot secured.
As a result, any cancellations or rescheduling made on short notice can greatly impact our business and the availability of our services for other clients. I acknowledge that this includes but is not limited to cancellations related to Covid or other illnesses, violent hangovers, the trains being delayed, sleeping late, etc. I expect to be charged the corresponding cancellation fee if I cancel within 2 days of my appointment.
To maintain fairness and transparency, below are the following guidelines for cancellations and rescheduling:
1. Cancellation or Rescheduling Two Days Prior:
We kindly ask that you notify us at least two full days before your scheduled appointment date if you need to cancel or reschedule. This advanced notice gives us enough time to adjust the schedule accordingly, and there will be no charge for this modification.
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling within the 48 Hour Window:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours before the scheduled time, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of your service. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot that was originally dedicated to you.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling 24 Hours Prior:
In the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the day before your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied. This fee acknowledges the inconvenience caused and compensates for the loss of potential clients who could have been accommodated in your slot.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling or Not showing up on the Day of the Appointment:
Unfortunately, any cancellations, rescheduling, or no - shows made on the same day as your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of your service. This policy ensures that time and resources are respected.
